Two different versions of this book exist. One is as described above; the other, in the same publisher's binding, has blank leaves interleaved throughout the entire book, presumably for future notes. This is one of the thin copies; please inquire for quotations on three other copies. Spine sunned, with "Fenollosa" printed by hand in light ink. Backstrip chipped a quarter-inch.
