The text by this Spanish artist is a diatribe against modern art similar to François Lehel's "Notre art dément" (1926), Josephine Hancock Logan's "Sanity in Art" (1927), and may other similar publications; the plates illustrate his work—portraits, interiors, paintings of Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Sitges, and elsewhere.
