Light soil and foxing; some wrinkling along the left edge, and a piece about 8 x 4 mm lacking at top edge. small crease at left edge of fold. Pencil note at top edge. Extremely scarce in any condition. ALSO: letter-size, 2-leaf press release printed one side and stapled at top right from the Forum Gallery and E. V.
